End User License Agreement

  • A perpetual licence to use Nesting Expert on one machine.
  • One year of updates is included from the date of purchase, SOLIDWORKS compatibility updates among them. After that, an optional yearly update plan continues them. The licence itself never stops working, and neither does any version released during your update period.
  • You can release the seat from the Licence window and activate elsewhere yourself.
  • You are buying a licence to use the software, not the software itself. You may not redistribute, resell or reverse-engineer it.

This is a summary. The binding text is the full End User License Agreement, which is also shown during installation. Where the two differ, the full agreement governs.

Privacy (KVKK/GDPR)

  • Your geometry never leaves your computer. Nesting, cost calculation, DXF and PDF output all run locally. There is no server component and no cloud account.
  • When you activate or release a licence, the add-in sends your licence key, a machine fingerprint (a 16-character hash derived from the machine) and the computer name, so you can tell your own seats apart.
  • When the add-in starts and the last check is three or more days old, it rechecks an active licence, sending the masked licence key, the machine fingerprint and the activation ID, not the computer name. Licences activated offline are never checked.
  • At most once a day it reads this site's public version.json to see whether a newer version exists.
  • No third-party analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Your theme choice is stored in your own browser. Web fonts are served from this site itself; loading these pages sends no request to Google or any other font service.
  • Data deletion requests: support@nestingexpert.com, handled manually, within 30 days.

Refunds

14 days, no questions. If Nesting Expert does not do what this website says it does, write to support@nestingexpert.com within 14 days of purchase and we refund you in full.
